Preferred name: Michael

Pronouns: he/him

Telehealth: Accepting clients in Colorado and Oklahoma

Hello, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m Michael, and I specialize in working with men and women who are struggling with anxiety and depression resulting from complex trauma. I draw from my personal experience as an adoptee as well as my professional background, which includes working with a diverse range of individuals. From college students in higher education, to parents and children in the child welfare system, and individuals involved in the criminal justice system, I help empower my clients to take control of their lives and live into the best version of themselves.

I approach therapy in a holistic and client-centered way, where together, we will work toward achieving your unique goals, which may include mending relationships, strengthening healthy coping skills to deal with life’s challenges, and healing heart, mind, and body from previous life experiences. I strive to create a safe, queer-friendly, and non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable, respected, seen, and heard. I trust you know what you need and where you want to go on your healing journey.

I welcome you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss your hopes and goals for our work together. I look forward to meeting you!

I look forward to meeting and walking with you on your path toward emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
