Meet Suzy Kennedy, MA
Preferred name: Suzy
Pronouns: she/her
Office Location: Boulder, CO
Hi, I’m Suzy.
Welcome. My name is Suzy Kennedy and I have been working with children and families in Boulder County for over 20 years. I understand that life can feel unmanageable at times and you or your child may need some additional support. My therapeutic style is one of openness, respect, inclusion and positive regard. I enjoy meeting clients where they are, and help build coping skills, awareness and understanding around what is at the root of the struggles. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is essential to positive, healthy change. It is often the relationship with a supportive and skilled therapist that allows people to talk about and explore issues/struggles that feel too difficult to explore on their own. Because therapy is such a unique and personal journey, therapy is centered on you and your unique needs as we work together to build on your strengths, focus on solutions and develop new skills and insights, to help you achieve the personal growth you are seeking.
I look forward to hearing from you.
