Hello, my name is Sarah Casey!
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, offering developmentally informed and relational care across the lifespan. I have a particular specialization in early childhood development and family connection, supporting children ages 0–6 and the caregivers who love them.
I use movement-based therapy, play therapy, and other experiential approaches to help young children express themselves in the ways they know best—through their bodies, imagination, and natural drive to explore. In my work with families and caregivers, I focus on strengthening bonding and secure attachment, which form the foundation for lifelong emotional well-being, while also supporting adults in feeling confident, attuned, and connected.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in developmental and brain science. I strive to create a space where both children and adults feel safe, seen, and supported, regardless of age or stage of life.
Whether you or your family are navigating big feelings, early trauma, behavioral challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking deeper connection, I’m here to support you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
