Hi, I’m Paige!

I work with adults, teens, and pre-teens who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, and feeling disconnected from themselves or others. If you find yourself forcing a smile while feeling like you’re falling apart inside, or feeling lonely even in a room full of people, you are not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

Life does not have to feel this heavy. Imagine waking up feeling more grounded, connected, and able to genuinely enjoy moments in your life again. Therapy can help you move toward that version of yourself.

When you sit with me, my priority is helping you feel safe, understood, and never judged. I blend evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and EMDR with a warm, creative, and individualized style. As a neurodivergent clinician, I understand that healing does not look the same for everyone. I often incorporate tools like fidgets, art supplies, movement, and other regulating supports to help therapy feel more comfortable, engaging, and accessible.

As someone who has navigated my own healing journey, I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and overwhelming. Taking the first step into therapy is a courageous act, and you do not have to have everything figured out before starting.

If you’re ready for change—or even just curious about what support could look like—I’d love to connect. Take a deep breath and reach out to schedule a consultation.

I look forward to meeting you.
