Individual Therapy
There is an innate wisdom within ourselves. Listening to, and living by, this wisdom allows us to be in alignment with our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves. Stillness, awareness, education, and self-respect are the avenues by which you tap into this wisdom. Together we will work to develop a plan of action that is effective for you and your individual goals.

Adolescent Therapy
Adolescence is a critical time for development biologically, socially, emotionally, and mentally. Teens are vulnerable to experiencing extreme emotions and making questionable decisions due to their underdeveloped impulse control. Therapy can improve a teen’s self-confidence, self-respect, and self-love to empower them to find solutions to the various challenges they face. Some challenges that are appropriately addressed in a therapeutic setting include social anxiety, identity crises, sexuality, self-harm, academic pressure, loss and grief, homelife struggles, communication skills, and life changes (divorce, moving).

Child Therapy
With extensive training in trauma-focused therapeutic interventions, I consistently and intentionally invest time with each child to help them cope with stress and worries, as well as, facilitate healing from past (and current) stressful or traumatic experiences. Depending on the child’s needs, I customize a therapeutic plan that allows the child to explore and resolve problems, express difficult thoughts and feelings, and teach helpful thinking patterns and healthy behavioral habits.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers, including therapists, need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. This will be provided during the intake form process with Coalta Therapy and Wellness.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-877-696-6775.
